Job Summary
Provide L1 & L2 IT support for Druva employees, troubleshooting endpoint issues across Mac, Windows, and Linux. Manage end-to-end employee IT lifecycles, including onboarding, access modifications, and off-boarding. Administer Active Directory, Okta, and GSuite, while monitoring global infrastructure and optimizing workflows using modern AI tools. Maintain accurate documentation and train staff on IT policies. Collaborate with the international IT Operations team, adapting to flexible hours to meet global business demands.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven professional experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or IT Operations roles
- A degree in a Computer Science-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on experience working with service desk systems, specifically Freshdesk ITSM
- Strong laptop and end user applications management skills across multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu Linux)
- Solid foundational experience with network infrastructure, telecommunications, Audio-Video systems, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, and Cloud application management
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (SSO, Okta)
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team, adapting to flexible hours when necessary
