Job Summary
Examine documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, resolving discrepancies with document originators. Maintain a document control record management system and process documentation through designated software in a timely manner. Prepare detailed document lists with submission schedules at project commencement and maintain updated project documentation schedules throughout the project life. Provide efficient support to the Customer Service Order Fulfilment team on key communications, performance metrics, meetings, and training coordination. Develop and maintain procedures for document development, approval, distribution, and amendment while ensuring a clean definition of documentation requirements before work begins. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for total project execution performance and safety from initiation to completion. Requires five years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and Windchill.

- Demonstrated self-starter attitude with the ability for seeing efforts to completion
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel and Word
- Demonstrated ability of attention to detail, meeting of due dates, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Experience in documentation software
- 5 years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Experience using Windchill is preferred
