Job Summary
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring contactor-related manufacturing issues while developing sustainable preventive measures. Analyze yield, reliability, and manufacturing data to drive continuous improvement projects that enhance uptime, quality, and cost efficiency. Support manufacturing-initiated migration initiatives by evaluating risks, qualifying solutions, and ensuring production continuity during technology transitions. Investigate contacting concerns impacting test performance, recommend design improvements and process optimizations, and establish comprehensive manufacturing standards. Identify and qualify alternative contactor technologies for legacy solutions, performing technical and cost-benefit assessments to support implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate systemic issues and ensure robust, scalable contactor solutions across product platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- No criminal record or drug-free history
