Job Summary
The Associate Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the full cycle of recruiting, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and processing onboarding through Workday. This position is focused on creating and executing employee engagement initiatives and managing communications at the store level. Key responsibilities include coordinating orientations, validating training for new hires, managing engagement programs, ensuring compliance with HR processes, and maintaining the associate experience in the store. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills are required. The role demands strong organization and attention to detail while supporting a fast-paced work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- One-year Human Resources administrative support experience or Human Resource college coursework required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, strong data entry skills and effective organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or college course work in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area preferred
- Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources is highly preferred
- Prior experience with HRIS/HRMS preferred
