Advise clients on California employment law compliance and risk mitigation; handle non-compete/trade secret disputes and traditional labor matters (preferred but not required); collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and clients on high-impact employment cases.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3-4 years of employment litigation experience at a top law firm
- Admitted to practice in California
