Job Summary
Bilingual Associate Attorney handling employment-based immigration and corporate matters; prepares and files H-1B, O-1, L-1, E-2, P-3, TN, EB-1A/B/C, EB-2 NIW, PERM, I-140, I-485 petitions; drafts responses to RFEs/NOIDs; negotiates commercial agreements; handles entity formation and governance; supervises paralegals; manages deadlines; requires J.D./LLM, NY Bar, 2+ years immigration experience, English & Mandarin, NY corporate law familiarity; NY, NYC-based, in-person five days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal experience in employment-based immigration and general corporate matters
- J.D. or LLM and NYS Bar admission
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and New York corporate law
- Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, varied caseload
- Collaborative team player
- Based in or near New York City and available to work in-person five days per week
