Job Summary
Drive internal communications for Tapestry and its brands by creating strategic, informative content that engages employees across corporate, stores, and fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include content creation for intranet, newsletters, and emails; storytelling to bring brand culture to life; measuring and optimizing channel effectiveness through dashboards and analytics; collaborating cross-functionally on campaigns and change-management initiatives; and planning employee-facing events such as town halls and leadership meetings. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field and 1–2 years’ experience, plus strong writing, AI literacy, proficiency with intranet platforms, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud; video editing skills are a plus.
