Assist on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, preparing financial models, valuations, and business plans. Support debt and equity fundraising mandates by conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. Prepare client presentations, information memoranda, and transaction documentation while working closely with senior stakeholders throughout live deal processes and negotiations. Gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle directly with senior advisers, business owners, and investors. Recently qualified ACA candidates with exposure to Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Deal Advisory are ideal for this role within a leading independent advisory firm in Dublin.
