Associate Electronic Security Project Manager

Job Summary
Track project lifecycles, maintain schedules, and prepare status reports while taking direct ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects. Coordinate local engineering, sales, and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality delivery. Act as a key liaison between the i2G team, technicians, and customers to facilitate clear communication. Maintain accurate equipment inventory, manage project folders, and assist with updated red-line drawings and final closeout packages. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create project proposals and change orders. Read and interpret basic security system drawings, electrical packages, and civil construction plans. Assist integration engineers in programming electronic security systems including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of foundational experience in the electronic security systems industry, construction coordination, or a related technical support role
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems
- Introductory training or certifications in Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint, or similar security platforms
- Interest in pursuing project management certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP
- Experience with project scheduling and planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SimPro, or Smartsheet
