Job Summary
Associate Electrical Engineer responsible for performing engineering tests and managing magnetics projects related to transformer design, under supervision of a senior engineer, to design, develop, and test magnetic components and systems. Duties include conducting tests on power conversion systems, analyzing test data with senior engineers, preparing technical reports detailing test procedures and results, assisting in the design of magnetic components (including core and coil assemblies), performing calculations and simulations to optimize transformer designs for efficiency and performance, and participating in cross-functional team meetings to support project planning and execution. Stay current with industry trends in transformer and magnetics engineering and ensure work aligns with company values. Regular attendance is required; other duties as assigned.

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, with a preferred focus on electromagnetics and/or power systems.
- Hands-on experience with engineering testing equipment and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience: No experience required
