Job Summary
Associate eLearning Developer responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality eLearning courses, instructor-led training, and related content. Responsibilities include syncing audio with visuals using Adobe Audition and Articulate Storyline, designing layouts, editing course content, publishing assets, managing file and audio workflows, coordinating narration scripts and AI voiceovers,QA testing for technical/content issues, and collaborating with voice talent, SMEs, and team members to ensure timely delivery. Requires strong communication, quick learning of new tools, organizational and project-management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred familiarity with Articulate 360 and various audio editing tools; experience with Jira/Smartsheet and eLearning-related workflows is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently research and troubleshoot technology and content-related issues
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively self-manage workload, balance competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to assess urgency and importance across multiple concurrent projects and requests
- Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
