Job Summary
Associate, EHS Operations, PDS - EMEA is a senior, regional role focused on ensuring consistent, scalable EHS execution across PDS activities in the EMEA region. The role reinforces the EMEA PDS operating model, aligns EHS priorities with business objectives, and acts as the operational engine for EHS within PDS across multiple countries and sites. Responsibilities include developing and delivering EHS service line objectives, supporting metric monitoring and ESG reporting, leading incident investigations and corrective actions, partnering with senior leaders to embed EHS requirements into project delivery, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain vetting, contractor control, risk mitigation and performance reporting. The role requires commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders, with a focus on health, safety and environmental performance improvements across the region. Fluent in English; travel as needed; familiar with Intelex and Procore systems; capable of delivering training and communicating complex EHS concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to diploma / degree level in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent discipline; recognised qualifications such as NEBOSH diploma or Health and Safety Coordinator certification are considered a strong advantage
- Experience developing, implementing and refining models of health, safety and environmental management in accordance with international standards
- Detailed knowledge and practical application of safety in construction and real estate management
- Experience in a multi-site environment within facilities, retail, construction, property or service delivery
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work independently at a senior level
- Experience in international roles and building relationships across cultures
- Strong IT proficiency with tools like Microsoft Teams for meetings, workshops, and training
- Excellent presentational skills and ability to communicate complex messages to varied stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel as required
