Job Summary
Associate role responsible for creating a hospitable store environment using customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and seamlessly integrates OMNI experience. Responsibilities includeSales and Service: identifying customer needs with curiosity through conversation, using company resources to reinforce the brand experience, and building strong relationships. Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe customers. Operations: supports store operations, plans and prioritizes tasks, protects assets, and follows policies and employment laws. Physical duties include moving and adjusting merchandise and fixtures, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and climbing ladders as needed. Required Qualifications
