Job Summary
Support customers with payroll and system enquiries, assisting with processing and issue resolution while investigating and troubleshooting payroll-related queries. Maintain system and customer records, build strong relationships through excellent service, and support payroll system configuration and ongoing improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality outcomes and ensure compliance with payroll processes and service standards. This permanent, full-time role in Auckland requires New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Candidates will work five days per week initially, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement with two office days after training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, payroll, administration, or software support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office
- New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
Desired Qualifications
- Payroll or HRIS system experience
- Knowledge of New Zealand payroll practices
- Experience supporting SaaS applications
- Relevant payroll, business, or accounting qualifications
