Job Summary
Conduct complex, cross-border transactions and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice for matters in the Middle East Region. Manage day-to-day legal work across the Gulf while leveraging expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution. Submit a CV and cover letter detailing experience and motivations for joining the Dubai practice. This role supports the firm's expansion as a regional business hub with recent regulatory reforms opening new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- 5+ years PQE
- Experience from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
- Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice
- English fluency (written and verbal)
- Experience in Middle East markets OR willingness to relocate to the UAE
- Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
- Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) OR admission to the bar in the UAE
