Driver Associate with weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM) at VF’s Jonestown Distribution Center. Operates cherry picker forklift to stock/retrieve palletized merchandise, performs cycle counts in VNA, and moves materials using powered industrial trucks while adhering to safety procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior cherry picker/order selector experience. Compensation includes base pay $18.45/hr plus 6.25% shift differential ($19.60/hr) and incentives, with potential earnings up to $25/hr based on performance. Focus on accurate loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and operating in a warehouse/distribution environment with pallets, lifting 35–40 lbs, and working within a DEI-conscious, inclusive culture.
