Job Summary
Associate Driver Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of drivers (Company Drivers and Owner Operators) across the United States, providing support to hiring managers, sourcing active and passive candidates, interviewing and evaluating fit, facilitating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include utilizing multiple sourcing methods (resume searches, cold-calling, social media, referrals, internal postings, networking, online advertising), managing the ATS (TenStreet) to build a pipeline for current and future staffing needs, and traveling to SCTI locations to support start-ups and location-specific recruiting. Strong relationship-building, sourcing, and stakeholder-management are essential, along with effective communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- HR or Administrative experience preferred
