Job Summary
Associate, Driver Acquisition responsible for implementing recruitment activities to onboard GrabBike and GrabCar driver-partners, guiding partners through registration and eligibility documentation, developing market expansion for new services, maintaining relationships with cooperatives post-signing, providing regular recruitment progress reports, implementing effective strategies to meet targets, expanding the driver network, and leading a small team onsite at Hanoi. The role requires prior driver-recruitment experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, with on-site work at Kim Anh Building, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in driver acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new drivers.
- Strong knowledge of the rail-hailing industry, including regulations and compliance.
