Job Summary
The Document Control Associate is responsible for quality and production documentation review, product release, and ensuring all customer/regulatory documentation requirements are communicated to the Quality Department and sent to customers. Maintains and reviews data in DrinkPAK’s Quality Doc Management systems and supports in-process and finished goods documentation. Provides documentation to customers and DrinkPAK departments, collaborates across Logistics, Quality, and Operations, and helps drive new product introduction processes and technical customer responses. Emphasizes accuracy of data and documentation and works within established procedures to improve information flow both internally and with customers. Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in document control and 4+ years interacting with customers/suppliers/departments; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a Document Control related role is required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the food industry required.
- At least 4 years’ experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
