Job Summary
Associate Division Manager to Direct Support Professionals role in Corona, CA. Responsibilities include: providing direct support to clients (30-50% of daily schedule); managing caseload and confidential client files; developing and implementing annual plans, goals, and objectives; coordinating client meetings; handling monthly billing and progress reports to the Department of Rehabilitation/Regional Center; creating individualized job search plans; developing a circle of support with paid and unpaid members; expanding client participation in community activities; serving as liaison to families and public agencies; supervising staff and ensuring progress notes are completed and submitted timely; maintaining documentation, timesheets, and mileage; maintaining communication with supervisors and planning teams; driving as needed to client sites; and attending mandatory trainings and meetings. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in social services or education, plus driving experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience working in social services or education
- 2 years working in social services or education with bachelor’s degree OR
- 3 years working in social services or education with associate’s degree OR
- 4 years working in social services or education without postsecondary education
- Driving: 3 years driving experience, if applicable
