Job Summary
Lead and develop a multi-unit district for Public Storage in Macon, GA, coaching front-line teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. Manage operations, conduct monthly property audits, oversee delinquent tenant processes and vendor management, and use analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities to grow the district. Leader will recruit, motivate, and retain a high-performing team, ensure safety standards, coordinate with the Regional Manager, and drive consistent execution of company strategies across locations. Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills are essential, along with a customer-service and sales-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of non-exempt employees in a retail, service, hospitality or related industry
- Small to Medium Box Retail / Management experience preferred
- Proven track record of top tier performance
- Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
