Job Summary
Assist on a diverse portfolio of US regulatory issues, including anti-corruption, bribery, AML, sanctions, and internal government investigations. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and draft, review, and manage the filing of legal documents with precision. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, while collaborating with partners and peers to foster an innovative team environment. Contribute to the mentoring and professional development of junior associates and actively participate in knowledge sharing regarding current legal practices. Maintain a thorough understanding of US regulatory developments and current legal practices. This Associate role is part of the global Disputes group in Singapore, focusing on white-collar crime defense and complex litigation across international courts and tribunals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 4 years' post-qualification experience in US regulatory issues and investigations matters
- US qualification
- A robust academic record in law
- A proven ability to navigate and resolve complex legal issues with a strategic and analytical approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience under pressure
- A collaborative mindset
