Job Summary
Dispatch fuel loads to multiple drivers across 40 states, ensuring safe, legal, and efficient operations while organizing CDL-A schedules. Route drivers strategically to minimize lost revenue and maximize daily load counts by accounting for road conditions and delivery times. Generate additional load opportunities, maintain accurate dispatch systems, and monitor driver progress to communicate concerns to the Terminal Manager. This role requires strong multitasking, DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and excellent communication skills within a competitive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations

- Previous experience dispatching in a commercial fleet operation
