Job Summary
Dispatch fuel loads to multiple drivers across 40 states, organizing schedules and routing CDL-A drivers while accounting for road conditions and delivery times to maximize daily load counts and minimize lost revenue. Ensure dispatches are safe, legal, and efficient by maintaining an accurate, up-to-date system and monitoring driver progress to communicate concerns to the Terminal Manager. Generate additional load opportunities and uphold DOT/FMCSA compliance while multitasking to meet productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations

- Previous experience dispatching in a commercial fleet operation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes
