Job Summary
Advise clients on disability claims and prepare legal documents for representation before Social Security Administrative Law Judges and the Appeals Council. Conduct hearings and communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email throughout the disability process. This role requires at least 1-3 years of experience with 200+ prior SSA hearings and the ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Candidates must reside in CA, TX, GA, FL, NV, TN, DC, NC, or SC.
Required Qualifications
- Attorney License
- 1-3+ Years Social Security Disability Law Experience
- 200 or More Hearings Before SSA ALJs
- Ability to Travel up to 80% of the Time
- Strong Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written
- Reliability and Dependability
- Residence in One of the Above Listed States
Desired Qualifications
- at least 1-3 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
- conducted at least 200 Social Security hearings in recent years
