Job Summary
Provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and represent them at disability hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges. Conduct legal writing at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels and communicate with clients via telephone, mail, and email throughout the disability process. This full-time role requires an attorney license, 1-3 years of Social Security Disability law experience, and at least 200 hearings conducted before SSA ALJs in recent years. Candidates must reside in CA, TX, GA, FL, NV, TN, DC, NC, or SC and be willing to travel up to 80% of the time. The firm has helped Americans get justice on disability claims for over 35 years.
Required Qualifications
- Attorney License
- 1-3+ Years Social Security Disability Law Experience
- 200 or More Hearings Before SSA ALJs
- Ability to Travel up to 80% of the Time
- Strong Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written
- Reliability and Dependability
- Residence in One of the Above Listed States
