Job Summary
Develop and execute departmental strategies for AJC's Connecticut regional office, managing advocacy programs, events, and initiatives that counter antisemitism and support Israel. Lead the K-12 education sector by overseeing leads, programs, and content such as Parent and Teen Summits, while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Coordinate fundraising efforts to expand the region's donor base and track relevant issues to inform regional and national engagement. Supervise direct reports, create impact reports, and represent AJC at community functions and public forums. This individual contributor role requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience, with a hybrid work schedule and salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000.
