Job Summary

Design, develop, and coordinate onboarding training for US Field Medical and Home Office Medical teams, conducting needs assessments to drive quarterly updates and ensure launch readiness. Execute ongoing therapeutic area medical education and scientific training, including support for major US congresses and embargoed data workshops. Collaborate with WW Medical Learning, Commercialization Learning, and matrix partners to align training plans with strategic business needs and medical imperatives. Conduct field readiness validations, provide individual mentoring, and identify training gaps through direct engagement with FM colleagues. Manage vendor budgets and training materials while integrating adult learning principles and new technologies into all programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, PhD, or MSN
  • 5+ years TA experience
  • 7-10 years combined pharmaceutical / biotech experience with MSL or similar field-based position experience
  • Ability to travel ~20% for multiple meeting engagements (e.g., Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, various Training Initiatives, etc.)

  • High level of personal commitment and results-orientation
  • Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word and AI applications (ChatGPT/MS Co-Pilot/Claude)
