Job Summary
Lead the AI transformation for CRM in US Innovative Medicine. Define the US AI strategy for CRM, own AI-enabled workflows and data requirements, and measure ROI. Manage CRM AI roadmap, automate processes, and deliver intelligent features while ensuring end-to-end customer journeys across functions. Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to define AI-ready roadmaps and partner with vendors (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) to leverage capabilities. Mentor and develop talent, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional adoption of AI across Commercial, Medical, and related teams. Based in Titusville, NJ with up to 15% travel. Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; budget responsibility over $2M annually; hands-on experience with AI tools and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience with budget responsibility of over $2M annually
- Experience with CRM systems and solutions, and in managing data and reporting requirements
- Experience translating business goals into AI use cases and requirements; delivering training and change management to drive adoption
- Experience partnering with product, data science, and technology teams and influencing senior stakeholders (VP+ level) on trade-offs and AI adoption alignment
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily workflows
