Job Summary

Associate Director to lead end-to-end ratings for complex securitizations in Latin America and esoteric ABS transactions in the US, performing cash flow analysis, credit assessment, and structural review; actively manage client relationships; mentor junior team members; contribute to AI-driven analytics and automation; collaborate across functions and present findings to committees and stakeholders. Requires strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, experience in structured finance, and proficiency with data science tools and programming languages; role involves cross-functional interaction and leadership responsibilities; must work from the office at least 2 days/week.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in structured finance ratings, financial analysis, or related analytical roles
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with cash flow modeling for esoteric assets
  • Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines under time pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior colleagues
  • Graduate degree in financial engineering is a decisive asset
