Job Summary
Associate Director Transaction Services coordinates due diligence trajectories for mid-sized to international clients, translates financial analyses into strategic advice used at the negotiation table, and leads project teams to ensure quality and deadlines. Plays an active role in business development, builds durable client relationships, and coaches colleagues to foster collaboration and growth within an international team. The role requires motivating and developing teams, analytical rigor, and comfort operating in a dynamic, international setting. Strong Dutch and English communication skills are required, with an affinity for (generative) AI to apply in daily work. The position is based in Amstelveen with hybrid work (remote/home office and in-office as project dictates).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a similar financially technical program (WO-master)
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in Deals and financial due diligence
- Ability to motivate, guide and develop a team
- Analytical, precise, comfortable in an international environment
- C1 Dutch and English language proficiency for professional client communications
- Affinity with (generative) AI and motivation to apply this technology in daily work
- Hybrid work setup with home office and on-site client locations
- Salary range (€7,250 - €10,145) gross monthly depending on experience, bonus potential, fixed expense allowance and remote/home office allowance
