Job Summary
Associate Director, Trade Compliance responsible for leading regulatory export/import activities across U.S. manufacturing plants, developing procedures and training, maintaining HTS/ECCN classification and COO, handling export licenses via DECCS and SNAP-R, using ACE for EEI filings, conducting audits and driving corrective actions, and collaborating with leadership to uphold compliance standards; requires 7+ years in trade compliance, a Bachelor's degree, and U.S. person status. Remote role with 25-50% travel to U.S. plant locations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in trade compliance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of EAR, export license process
- Knowledge of ACE system for EEI filing and reporting
- Experience with duty drawback or other duty remediation strategies
- Audit and risk assessment experience in manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a U.S. person
