Job Summary
Develop and execute key opinion leader engagement plans to deepen partnerships with thought leaders in endometrial and differentiated thyroid cancer, translating insights and emerging trends into actionable brand strategy recommendations. Lead speaker identification, product and compliance training, and management of branded and unbranded programs while providing feedback to improve presentation effectiveness. Collaborate with field colleagues to synthesize KOL insights, identify regional marketing opportunities, and support educational initiatives through external peer-to-peer vendors. Drive strategic KOL engagement to shape brand strategies and enable local/account level partnerships with national, regional, and emerging thought leaders. Face-to-face customer engagement is required to maximize impact, with significant travel (~60%) including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- 5 years in oncology
- 2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Eisai's hhc mission and compliance
- Significant travel required (~60%), including weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to engage in person with HCPs and other third parties at their offices, institutions and other appropriate locations on a regular basis
