Job Summary
Lead regional site strategy and activation for cell therapy trials, guiding treatment centers through workflows from apheresis to infusion while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Partner with cross-functional leaders to align site needs with supply chain timelines, manage deviations, and implement corrective actions to strengthen system-wide performance. Build and mentor site teams, delivering training to elevate capability and establish patient-centered service lines across multiple countries. Travel up to 50% to engage with investigators and maintain operational oversight. Report on standards and performance to inform governance and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- detailed knowledge/hands-on experience in Cell Therapy
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 8+ years in cell therapy
- progressive leadership
- Expertise in service lines (infrastructure, resourcing, costs, quality metrics)
- Proven delivery to timelines, cost, and quality

- Excellent knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations
