Associate Director, Territory Operations Manager - Cell Therapy

Job Summary
Partner with regional leadership to shape site selection, lead risk-based activation and certification, and guide end-to-end cell therapy workflows from apheresis to infusion. Operate within regulatory frameworks to drive audit readiness, deviation management, and continuous improvement while aligning with cross-functional leaders for integrated delivery. Build relationships with investigators and site staff to establish patient-centered service lines, coordinate supply chain timelines, and deliver training to elevate regional capability. Travel up to 50% to engage with sites and maintain operational oversight across the Northern Atlantic territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- detailed knowledge/hands-on experience in Cell Therapy
- 8 years of clinical experience within a hospital setting and/or industry
- 6 years of CAR-T experience
- Expertise in service lines (infrastructure, resourcing, costs, quality metrics)
- Proven delivery to timelines, cost, and quality
- collaboration with internal/external providers
- Excellent knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations
- Experience selecting/overseeing external providers and developing contracts
- Travel up to 50%
- preference for candidate to be based in MA, PA, CT, RI, NJ, or NY
Desired Qualifications
- preferred degree in nursing, Life Sciences, healthcare administration or Business
- Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience
- broad understanding across patient operations, manufacturing interfaces, quality, regulatory, market access
- project management experience
- Program/Quality qualifications (e.g., PMP, CPHQ)
- Experience across academic/Sponsor settings and countries
- Early-phase delivery across product lifecycle and multiple therapeutic areas
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
