Associate Director, Technology Product Management (Process Safety Management)

Job Summary
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Process Safety Management portfolio, including Process Hazard Analysis, BowTie, and Barrier Management. Lead the evolution of multiple products into a unified, market-leading solution while driving portfolio growth through customer insight and commercial innovation. Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to validate product direction and prioritize investments that maximize customer value and business growth. Act as a trusted product leader for executive stakeholders and key industry events to influence the future of industrial software on a global scale.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex software products or portfolios
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving product growth, customer adoption, and measurable business outcomes
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong understanding of enterprise software markets and customer-driven product development
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Process Safety, Operational Risk, EHS, Industrial Software, or Asset Management
- An MBA or Master's degree
