Associate Director, Talent Partnerships

Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of a national talent partnerships strategy to increase visibility and deepen cultural relevance for No Kid Hungry. Secure new mission-aligned talent and cultivate existing supporters across the entertainment and sports industries by building strong relationships with celebrities, agencies, and executives. Design and deliver high-touch engagement opportunities, including site visits, impact trips, and artist-led fundraising models, while tracking trends in influencer marketing and social impact. Supervise the Manager of Talent Partnerships, setting goals and overseeing projects, and partner with marketing and PR teams to operationalize amplification strategies and develop story ideas.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in talent relations, marketing, public relations, entertainment, or related industries
- Must be proactive and a self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving and implementation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and to work well as a member of multiple teams
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation
- A strong desire to contribute to Share Our Strength's mission
- This position is preferably based in Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. (Hybrid - 2 days per week); but could be in New York City or fully remote for the right candidate living outside these locations
Desired Qualifications
- Entertainment industry experience is strongly preferred
