Job Summary
Shape enterprise Talent Management strategy and multi-year priorities by leading complex, high-impact initiatives requiring conceptual thinking and cross-functional alignment. Design, pilot, and scale new talent practices that connect customer voice and industry trends to improve assessment, development, and retention. Integrate AI and automation into strategic design to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making. Own the roadmap for assigned priorities, translating broad objectives into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Build commitment through stakeholder engagement and change leadership while establishing measures of success to continuously improve talent practices. This role requires 10+ years of experience in Talent Management and the ability to operate independently on strategic work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related enterprise roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
