Job Summary
Define, implement, and scale enterprise tagging, taxonomy, and content measurement capabilities across Commercial and Medical omnichannel ecosystems. Serve as the technical authority on how content and campaigns are structured, tagged, and connected across platforms to ensure data quality, interoperability, and measurable outcomes. Establish and govern taxonomy frameworks, metadata standards, UTM structures, and system-integrated workflows that enable consistent tagging of content and tactics across brands, regions, and channels. Partner with Enterprise Content Systems, Data & Analytics, Commercial, Medical, and agency teams to ensure compliance, structure, and measurability across the full content lifecycle. Lead the connection of content metadata in Veeva (PromoMats/Vault Medical) with campaign data in downstream analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, data warehouse) to enable standardized tracking, automated validation, and end-to-end measurement. Drive scalability through system-driven validation, enablement of Claravine templates, and governance forums for taxonomy evolution. Develop and scale operational processes for tagging across internal teams and external agencies, and maintain documentation and enablement resources for global adoption. Ensure governance for taxonomy ownership, updates, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulatory, medical, and data privacy requirements. Travel: Minimal to moderate travel (5–15%). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, data/analytics enablement, content operations, or enterprise platform management (biotech/pharma/life sciences preferred)
- Experience implementing and scaling tagging, taxonomy, or measurement frameworks in a global, regulated environment
- Strong understanding of metadata governance, data quality management, and enterprise data standards
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and Claravine, including integration with downstream analytics platforms
- Experience enabling end-to-end content measurement, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead platform strategy, technical implementation, and cross-system integration initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Willingness to travel (Minimal to moderate travel 5–15%)
- Proven ability to drive adoption and practice improvements across global teams
