Job Summary
Oversee media strategy and plan development, including evaluating target audiences, sizing media investments, and selecting optimal vehicles to reach specific demographics. Lead the implementation of media plans for major clients by synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and presenting actionable recommendations to account services and stakeholders. Manage day-to-day workstreams, client communications, and cross-functional coordination while fostering relationships with key clients, vendors, and internal partners. Evaluate campaign performance to translate results into clear learnings and drive competitive analyses that inform future strategic insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years media planning experience including 3 years in a management capacity
- Offline and Online media experience
- Must have strong working knowledge of National and Local Media
- Microsoft Suite

- IMS

- R/F and Optimization Software
- Social Tracking tools

- Google Analytics

- Exceptional written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
- Demonstrate ability to learn new proprietary software and processes quickly and proficiently
- Understanding of Activation/Negotiation team functions
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of each media type
- Able to make independent decisions and identify priorities
- Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants
- Be able to identify and promote solutions
- Knows industry trends and emerging media
