Job Summary
Associate Director, Strategic Pricing (iMAP) leads pricing analytics across international therapeutics, analyzes MFN-based and International Reference Pricing impacts, and develops pricing models to forecast revenue and minimize price erosion. The role coordinates with Legal, Market Access, Finance and other functions to assess policy shifts (US and international) and deliver board-ready insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and the C-Suite. Responsibilities include leading MFN discussions, building What-If scenarios for new therapeutic area entries, ensuring pricing data accuracy, guiding pricing strategy across geographies, and presenting findings to executives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 10+ years of related experience (CPA/MBA preferred), strong cross-functional collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position reports to the Head of International Pricing and offers a comprehensive package with benefits; location is Mettawa, IL with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years of related work experience
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Forecasting and Market Access Finance experience required
- Ability to synthesize / incorporate new topics to existing and quickly achieve subject matter expertise
- Ability to lead without authority
- Experience leading a team in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
