Job Summary
Strategic Finance Partnering Associate Director providing embedded finance leadership to critical portfolios (e.g., Supply Chain, Digital Solutions and Technology, Medical Affairs, Research and Innovation) with a hybrid work model and at least 40% onsite presence. Leads and develops a small team of Strategic Finance Partners, guiding priorities, standardizing business-partner practices, and translating financial information into clear business insights to support executive decision-making. Requires extensive FP&A experience, expertise in budgeting/forecasting/financial modelling and the ability to coach senior leaders and communicate financial concepts across a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within large, complex operational environments
- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing, business case development and performance analysis
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into practical and actionable insights
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with experience developing finance professionals
- Proven ability to influence across executive and operational teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience supporting operationally intensive environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, supply chain, or commercial operations (preferred)
