Job Summary

Senior-level, client-facing leadership role in FinTech-focused strategic account management. Lead executive-level client relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, and collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support to deliver integrated solutions. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close new business within large existing client accounts. Demonstrate deep understanding of FinTech products and the insurance industry, guide requirements, and oversee implementation and onboarding while communicating value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in account management/relationship management or related functions
  • Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related sectors
  • Deep knowledge of FinTech products and technologies, particularly within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in account management/relationship management or related functions
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles within FinTech, with knowledge of financial services, banking, payments, and insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute long-term client engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer support
