Job Summary
Associate Director responsible for driving operational excellence across financial services and healthcare technology programs. Key duties include improving operational systems, processes and policies; developing and coaching team managers to meet KPIs and SLAs; providing financial and operational monitoring and control across programs; contributing to long-term planning and risk management; directing MI and data analysis to inform governance and decision-making; coordinating strategy with stakeholders; challenging and developing the team to enhance customer outcomes measures and overall efficiency; ensuring regulatory awareness and timely analysis of resource needs, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, risk management, and people development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in People Management Role
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline
- Experience in dealing with international customers
- Strong project / change management skills
- Excellent presentation and MS Office skills
- Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
- Process mapping and process analysis skills
- Strong people management and leadership skills
