Job Summary
Senior sponsorship sales leader for Asia Pacific, driving revenue growth and managing end-to-end sponsorship deals across key APAC markets, with a strong focus on South and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include leading sponsorship sales for assigned properties, building and maintaining relationships with brands and advertising agencies, developing compelling rights packages, coordinating with marketing, business development, and legal teams, and delivering tailored, insight-led commercial solutions. Requires a university bachelor’s degree, proven sponsorship or media sales experience in Asia Pacific, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strong business development acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Fluent English; additional Asian languages are a plus. Hybrid work model offered.
