Associate Director, Solution Architect Innovation & Delivery

Associate Director, Solution Architect in Innovation & Delivery responsible for end-to-end solution architectures across data, AI, application, and integration layers to enable scalable, interoperable digital systems for Biomedical Research. Teams with delivery and engineering groups to translate portfolio strategy into actionable architectural direction, ensure architectures are secure, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient, and govern integration patterns across APIs, event-driven architectures, and shared data services. Acts as primary interface between delivery segment teams and engineering/platform teams, translating scientific workflows into technical designs and providing guidance consumable by engineers while aligning with enterprise standards, data, and AI strategies. Requires strong domain awareness, architectural governance, and ability to influence roadmaps with product, data, AI, and engineering leaders; focus on cloud-native, data-intensive systems, and governance to serve thousands of users.
