Job Summary
As an senior-level Solution Architect in Innovation & Delivery, you will design and guide end-to-end architectures for scalable digital systems supporting Biomedical Research, bridging domain intent with technical implementation and ensuring alignment with enterprise data and AI strategies. You will lead innovation discovery and evaluation, run rapid prototyping and experiments to validate opportunities, translate external signals into actionable improvements for software and workflow capabilities, influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations, and foster a culture of rapid learning and cross-organizational collaboration to accelerate adoption of new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of scientific domains relevant to biomedical research and data-driven science
- Strong understanding of digital, software, data, and AI technology landscapes
- Ability to translate abstract signals into decision-ready insights and influence portfolio direction
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with ability to influence executives, product, and technical audiences
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive rapid experimentation and continuous learning
- Collaborative mindset across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience translating external innovation signals into improvements across Software & Workflow capabilities
