Job Summary
Senior software engineering leadership role overseeing Java middleware initiatives at a financial services firm. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing team members; managing day-to-day activities and technical designs across multiple locations; overseeing the software development process; estimating total module/project costs; ensuring design-to-deployment success with emphasis on cost-effectiveness, data integrity, and reuse; fostering a risk-managed, secure, and resilient application portfolio; aligning efforts with business strategy; and collaborating with business partners and enterprise architecture to drive innovation and re-imagined capabilities. Required Qualifications
