Job Summary
Lead development of new business opportunities and service Janus Henderson’s existing book of business in Greater China with a primary focus on retail distribution channels. Proactively engage with Chinese clients to drive communications, identify marketing and sales initiatives, and provide timely market updates and insights in Chinese. Deliver client presentations in Mandarin and English; oversee localization of presentations and reports. Identify industry trends and translate them into business opportunities. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within Greater China; collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements; contribute to a collaborative team culture; support broader distribution initiatives in the region and globally. Commit to ongoing growth through professional development and participate in hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of related industry experience, preferably from fund sales, client servicing and/or product management
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds / investment products
- Native or strong written and oral Mandarin
- Recognised business / finance degree or equivalent qualification. CFA chartered holder is a plus.
