Associate Director - Security Designer

Security-focused Associate Director leading technical and strategic security engineering on new-build and fit-out projects within the Buildings Engineering portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, writing operational requirements, master planning from city-level down to mixed-use developments, and designing physical security solutions (electronic locking, walling, glazing, doors, barriers, fencing). Create electronic security designs for video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, and intercom systems; provide counter-terrorism guidance including Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, bomb blast, and ballistics in partnership with specialists.
